At Encore Belle Medical Wig, we are committed to providing high-quality medical wigs and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 business days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The wig must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The lace must not be cut, trimmed, altered, or removed from the wig.
  • The wig must be free from signs of wear, styling, washing, coloring, odors, or damage.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for wigs that:

  • Have had the lace cut, trimmed, or removed.
  • Show signs of wear or use.
  • Have been washed, styled, colored, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
  • Are returned more than 10 business days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned wig is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Encore Belle Medical Wig is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
