Thank you for choosing Encore Belle Medical Wig. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after full payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

In-Stock Inventory Wigs

For wigs that are currently in stock:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order & Custom Wigs

For pre-order and custom-made wigs:

  • Production begins after payment has been confirmed.
  • Please allow 6–8 weeks for the creation and processing of your wig.
  • Once completed, your order will be shipped, and tracking information will be provided.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping transit times vary based on the destination and shipping carrier selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Encore Belle Medical Wig is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
